No patient email address is required. If you contact the clinic directly by phone or WhatsApp, you may also choose to share symptoms, medical history, reports or other information relevant to your care.
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange or manage appointments, assess whether clinic, online or home care is suitable, provide physiotherapy services, maintain appropriate clinical records, and meet professional or legal obligations.
The website may open WhatsApp with a prepared message and may send appointment tickets, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling or cancellation updates to the WhatsApp number you provide. Call links open your phone application. Information sent through those services is also handled under the relevant provider’s privacy terms. Google Maps and Google Reviews links take you to Google’s services.
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only where needed for your care, with service providers supporting clinic operations, when you ask us to do so, or when required by law.
