Clinic appointments, WhatsApp video consultations and home visits are subject to availability. A website ticket states whether the selected time is confirmed or awaiting Dr. Deepika’s approval. Sending a direct WhatsApp request does not reserve a time automatically.
3. WhatsApp video consultations
WhatsApp video physiotherapy may be suitable for guidance, follow-up, exercise review and progress discussion. It has limitations because hands-on assessment is not possible. You may be advised to attend in person or seek another appropriate service. Dr. Deepika starts the WhatsApp video call at the scheduled time; there is no separate meeting link.
4. Home visits
Home visits depend on location, travel time, therapist availability and whether home-based care is appropriate. A responsible adult should be present for a child’s appointment and whenever the clinic reasonably requests one.
5. Cancellations, fees and delays
Any applicable consultation fee, payment method, cancellation rule or rescheduling arrangement will be shared when the appointment is confirmed. Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to change a confirmed appointment.
6. Emergencies
This website and its WhatsApp booking links are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate help from the appropriate local emergency service or nearest hospital.
